The U.S. began a fresh wave of attacks on Iran Wednesday, launching strikes against multiple targets on President Trump’s orders, the American military said.

Iran said it launched attacks targeting several military bases hosting US forces in the Middle East in response to American strikes in at least three regions of the Islamic Republic.

It's the second straight day of what CENTCOM calls defensive strikes against Iranian targets.
